Business process outsourcing company Capita has announced the acquisition of employer branding and marketing agency ThirtyThree.

The London and Bristol-based ThirtyThree will join Capita Resourcing, with around 100 employees transferring to Capita as part of the deal.
ThirtyThree provides employer branding, research, employee engagement and digital media services for a range of clients including AXA, EDF Energy and Deutsche Bank.
In a prepared statement, Capita said that particular opportunities made available by the acquisition will include developing innovative graduate recruitment and emerging talent campaigns. The new capabilities will also complement Capita’s work with a range of outsourced recruiting services, the statement said.
ThirtyThree currently employs 104 staff.
Capita Resourcing’s existing services cover recruitment process outsourcing, contingent workforce solutions, total workforce solutions, project-based recruitment and talent consulting.
