APSCo appoints Torr and Hart in senior roles

The Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) has appointed two new senior hires to support member services and events.

Jackie Torr joins the trade association as member services director – a newly formed role – where she will be responsible for driving outstanding and innovative member services. Torr, who will also sit on the APSCo board, joins following eight years as operations director and managing director of TEAM, the network organisation for independent recruitment businesses.

Torr is joined by Maxine Hart, who has taken on the role of head of stakeholder engagement at APSCo. Hart was previously South regional director for TEAM and MD of recruitment agency Wote Street People.
