Hine Legal joins forces with Constantine Law

Employment law specialists Constantine Law and Hine Legal have joined forces to create a firm of 11 practising lawyers.

Nick Hine (above left) and his London-based team are joining John Hayes (above right), who founded Constantine Law in 2015. They will now be part of Constantine Law, which also specialises in business immigration law, and work under its growing legal brand, a company statement said.

The statement said the two firms have “a number of synergies” and believe they will be “stronger together”.

Among their synergies is an entrepreneurial approach, the statement said. “Constantine Law has an agile law practice approach, whereby practitioners work from their own offices, with the result the firm is without the fixed costs” of many other firms.

The expanded firm now is a national practice covering London, the Midlands and the North for employment, immigration and regulatory issues.
