According to a survey by Adecco, 47% of UK workers thing that employers’ diversity programmes are designed purely to attract good PR.

A fifth of workers also believe that their company does not directly promote itself to certain sectors of society, while 22% think that a diverse workforce would not provide their organisation’s required...
