Oil giant BP will take on 244 graduates in 2012, an increase of 50% on its previous recruitment drive.

The firm will also offer 100 graduate recruits an opportunity to work with the London 2012 Organising Committee (LOCOG) from June before starting work with the firm in September.
Graduates on these secondments will be trained by BP...
