NHS trust triumphs in Kelly’s Awards_2

An NHS trust beat some of the biggest names in the private sector to take top honours in the third annual Kelly’s Awards for Excellence in Purchasing and Supply, held at London’s Grosvenor House last night.

North Cheshire Hospitals NHS Trust and its outsourced procurement partner Surestock, a division of Unipart, won the health category and then trumped the likes of BT, Sainsbury’s and Dana Corporation to become the overall winner for 2001.
