Rail maintenance and facilities management group Jarvis is making slow progress in negotiating contracts to run London Underground lines, according to Paris Moayedi, its chief executive. Moayedi said the company was facing serious obstacles on a daily basis, despite being the preferred bidder for management of the Jubilee, Northern and Piccadilly lines.
