Healthcare and social care are the most expensive industries in terms of costs around candidate compliance, averaging between £400 and £600 each, shows research from compliance service NowWeComply.
The next most expensive sectors were finance & banking and oil, gas & energy (cost for both industries ranging from £200-£325), and transport (£150-£225).
