Graduate employers must do much more than bemoan the lack of skills of recent graduates

If I received money every time I heard graduate employers say ‘Graduates these days… they haven’t got the skills we need for work’, I would be a rich man. 

So, the question is how can we, employers of graduates, help improve graduate...
