REC chairman Gary Irvine co-chaired Recruiter's Forum last month. He is from Northern Ireland but doesn't quite have the same comic timing as his compatriot Frank Carson. By his own admission, he fluffed the punchline of a joke. As Carson might say, "It's the way I tell 'em."
