Many large companies use assessment centres to select their staff. David Littlefield asks how they compare to the more traditional methods of examining candidates for a job
Ask most people what comes between seeing the advert in the newspaper or on the website and starting a job, and they would probably say: letter and CV, interview, maybe a second interview, references, and then work.
