The tactics and operations syllabus has been updated to reflect innovations in business practice and technology. Neil Fuller explains what the changes mean

The new syllabus for tactics and operations may appear to be different from the earlier syllabus, but this should not be a cause for concern. The new syllabus, which begins in September, identifies learning outcomes, or things you should be able to do as a result of studying, which should make studying easier.
