Complaints raise recruitment bar

The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) has just released its annual queries report. Liz Wells assesses an increase in the number of complaints against recruiters

REC's annual complaints and queries report shows that people, mostly candidates, are moaning more.

But this is not all bad, argues the trade association. REC says it is the result of increased activity in monitoring standards in the sector and that its higher profile has helped raise awareness of how to make a complaint, and the benefits of so doing....
