Microsoft brings in centralised UK vendor system_2

Microsoft has introduced a centralised supplier management process to manage its annual £250 million UK budget for bought-in goods and services.

Microsoft has been using its internal Microsoft Vendor Programme (MSVP) in the US since 2002. The UK operation is the first Microsoft division to use MSVP outside the US and a roll-out across other European countries is scheduled for next year.
