Euroforce People Solutions’ managing director Simon Hayton has completed a management buy-out of the Bolton-based firm.

The business, which was established in 2006 by Patrick McBride, has a turnover of more than £10.5m and specialises in supplying highly skilled European labour into the furniture, textile and automotive sectors, among others.
