The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) has completed its investigation into industrial recruiter Transline supplying workers without a Gangmasters Licensing Authority (GLA) licence... 

as well as its failure to pay National Minimum wages to agency workers at Sports Direct’s Shirebrook warehouse, and will take no further action.
