A month after the Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) came into effect, this much-maligned piece of legislation is continuing to make the headlines.
The issue reignited following recent reports in the national press that some temporary agency workers could lose out by as much as £150 a week as a result of the so-called Swedish Derogation.
