Law firm Adams & Remers acted in the sale of UAE recruitment firm TAAHEED and the Dubai operation of executive search firm Carmichael Fisher to recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and talent management firm Ochre House, as reported previously on recruiter.co.uk.

Law firm Adams & Remers acted in the sale of UAE recruitment firm TAAHEED and the Dubai operation of executive search firm Carmichael Fisher to recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and talent management firm Ochre House, as reported previously on recruiter.co.uk.
The firm acted for the owners of the companies being purchased, with the firm’s corporate partner Simon Jones saying: “It was a complex transaction across multiple jurisdictions involving major players in the international recruitment industry.”Craig Pointon, owner and managing director of Carmichael Fisher (Dubai), adds: “It is clear that they [Adam & Remers] know the recruitment industry well and provided us with much required guidance throughout the sale process.
“Given the location of our stakeholders in the UAE and Australia and the time zone challenges, many of our interactions were during very unsociable hours for the A&R team and for that we are extremely grateful.”
