Randstad-owned talent acquisition and management firm SourceRight Solution has appointed Glen Cathey to its recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) division as vice president to global sourcing and strategy, with Eric Jaquith promoted within the same business.

Cathey has over 15 years’ recruiting and staffing experience, having spent the previous seven years with professional recruiter Kforce, most recently holding the role of market vice president for recruiting and talent acquisition executive, and previously at tech staffing firm VistaRMS.

He is also the author of sourcing and recruiting blog ‘Boolean Black Belt’.

Eric Jacquith now takes on the role of director of global RPO sourcing strategy, having previously been global recruiting leader. He has over 17 years’ recruitment experience.
