Dunkin’ Brands Group, the parent company of Dunkin’ Donuts and ice cream retailer Baskin-Robbins, has appointed Ginger Gregory as senior vice president and chief HR officer, joining the executive leadership team.

Dunkin’ Brands Group, the parent company of Dunkin’ Donuts and ice cream retailer Baskin-Robbins, has appointed Ginger Gregory as senior vice president and chief HR officer, joining the executive leadership team.
Gregory will be responsible for global employee recruitment, training, compensation, benefits and organisational development.Chief executive Nigel Travis says: “At Dunkin’ Brands, our goal is to offer an exceptional customer experience at our restaurants around the world, and that will only happen if we hire, develop and retain the best employees in the quick service restaurant industry.”
Gregory joins from healthcare solutions firm Novartis International where she was responsible for global staffing, talent management and field human resources.
She was previously senior vice president for people & organisation based in the Copenhagen global HQ of pharmaceutical firm Novo Nordick, and earlier in her career held a variety of HR positions at biopharma firm Bristol Myers Squibb, as well as being an organisation change and effectiveness consultant with consultancy firm Booz Allen and Hamilton.
