Auto maker BMW will introduce a third shift to its schedule at its plant in Rosslyn, Pretoria, creating 600 new jobs, reports Business Report.

This move would double BMW exports from the country, the website says, with the company also able to from a financial report under the country’s Automotive Incentive Scheme (AIS).Economic development minister Ebrahim Patel says that the auto sector accounts for 10% of South African manufactured exports or 5% of all outgoings.
