Anglo-Russian Formula One team Marussia F1 has taken on Monster as its “exclusive recruitment partner”.

The team, which is about to embark on its first season in Formula One, having previously competed as Marussia Virgin Racing and Virgin Racing, is looking to take on 40 people this year.Marussia HR director Katie Allen says jobs are “primarily” in technical roles such as aerodynamics, design, research & development and vehicle performance, alongside the possibility of some marketing roles.

Allen says the organisation is looking for “candidates who are technical experts in their field, but matching that is flexibility and true teamwork [skills]”.

As part of the partnership, Monster branding will be seen on racing drivers, staff uniforms, pit crew overalls, around garages and in a variety of other spots.

This is not the first time a recruitment company has had its logo placed prominently in an F1 setting, with Randstad having been a partner of Williams F1 Team for several years.
