Sonja Stockton has become director at graduate and school leaver recruitment specialist Bright Futures.

Bright Futures directs a University Societies programme, which drives the talent pipelines for a number of major employers including IBM, Nestlé, PwC, RBS from 45 UK universities.Stockton joins Bright Futures to grow the programme, and will also work in school leaver recruitment and apprenticeships.

Stockton was most recently director of talent at professional services firm PwC, having previously been head of student recruitment and head of recruitment.

She was also new talent manager at the National Grid and has been on the board of the Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR) for 10 years.
