Corporate sales recruiter and rec-to-rec Vanquish Recruitment has appointed Louisa Allen as a trainee consultant and promoted Matt Sedgwick and Sophie Normyle.

Allen had previously worked with Vanquish as an intern and has since been working in Coventry with multi-sector Interaction Recruitment.
Sedgwick becomes senior consultant on the rec-to-rec team, while Normyle becomes a consultant in the sales division.
