IT and enterprise resource planning (ERP) recruiter Square One Resources has appointed Tom Fagan as international team leader.

Fagan has 15 years’ recruitment experience, having set up IT recruiter Eurobase People, growing the business to £15m turnover before leaving in 2008.He then moved to IT human resources firm ITHR Group, technical recruiter CBSbutler and most recently recruited independently under the name TF Consulting.

Fagan is also a former professional golfer and represented Scotland’s under-18 rugby team.
