UAE airline Etihad Airways, has launched a recruitment drive in Oman, looking for 400 new Omani employees by the end of 2012.

UAE airline Etihad Airways, has launched a recruitment drive in Oman, looking for 400 new Omani employees by the end of 2012.
According to the firm, more than 3,000 applications have already been received for the positions, which range across the business including cabin crew, maintenance and managerial.
The campaign is part of a four-year plan to increase the number of Omanis employed by the airline.
The company’s chief people and performance officer Ray Gammell says: “The Omani workforce is renowned for its skills and knowledge levels and we are delighted to offer eligible Omani nationals the opportunity to join Etihad Airways.”
