Shane Green, the managing director of newly-formed commercial, executive and IT recruiter Office Zebra, tells Recruiter that increasing geographic mobility in jobseekers is leading to a rise in relocation packages on offer from employers.

He says: “More and more so now people are prepared to relocate, and I think our clients actually understand that, because we’re seeing a lot more relocations packages being offered.”Adding that this “is a fantastic thing because sometimes your talent pool in a certain area is obviously limited”, he tells Recruiter more about the types of jobs offering these packages in the video below:
