Defence, security and aerospace firm BAE Systems has appointed Lynn Minella as group HR director (HRD), starting 11 June this year.

She will be based in London and will become a member of BAE’s executive committee.Minella joins from US technical equipment and supplies firm company Air Products & Chemicals, where she is senior vice president of HR and communications.

She previously spent 22 years at tech firm IBM within various HR roles.
