Recruitment and training provider News Directions Holdings has appointed Ieuan Williams as bids officer, leading applications for procurement tenders across the UK.

He was most recently mid manager at specialist sub-contractor Support Consultancy, and says his “aim is to add to the ever increasing turnover of the group”.
