It is founded by Rachel Perkins, previously a recruiter with Reed Specialist Recruitment in its social work division.The agency will work across a broad spectrum of industries for both permanent and contract positions in Melbourne and the state of Victoria.

According to the company’s website, it is “staffed by mums; dedicated to mums” – however, it also works with fathers.
