Temporary staffing solutions firm Workway has acquired recruiter BancForce Financial Staffing.

BancForce will operate as a business line within the Workway Group.James Bowmer, chief executive of Workway, says that the acquisition “is key to the Workway strategy to grow our presence in our core business within the real estate and banking services sector".

BancForce chief executive Craig Knudson will become senior vice president of the new BancForce operation within Workway. He welcomes the acquisition as “offering the opportunity to expand our network in other states”.

Cheshire-headquartered Gap Personnel acquired by Rcapital
