FINANCIALS: SSQ sees profit before tax up 10%, opens Hong Kong office

Legal recruiter Shilton Sharpe Quarry (SSQ) has seen a 10% rise in profit before tax, reaching £3.6m for the year 2011.

This was achieved on gross profit of over £12m, an increase of 21% on 2010.

The company is also announcing the opening of a new office in Hong Kong. Robert Rooney, who has been with the company for two years, will lead the office.

The company now has over 50 fee earners globally.
