Global recruitment firm Randstad is to release fuller details as to how it will “adjust the organisational structure at Randstad The Netherlands and Germany” next month.
A statement on the firm’s website says that it expects to incur costs of up to €20m (£16m) in the coming months as part of an “adaptation [that] is required to retain decisiveness and create more efficiency in servicing our clients”.The company tells Recruiter says that the announcement of the company’s Q2 results in 26 July will see more details disclosed. As recruiter.co.uk reported in April, Randstad’s Q1 results saw total EBITA (earnings before interest, tax and amortisation) of €60m across the two countries in question.
The statement also says that it would “aim at realising the related savings within one year after the adjustments have been made”.
