INTERNATIONAL US: Investor Gores buys two Adecco companies

Global investment firm The Gores Group has acquired Glotel and Idea Integration, both from Adecco Group North America.

Global investment firm The Gores Group has acquired Glotel and Idea Integration, both from Adecco Group North America.

Idea has its headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida and provides solutions in a range of business and technology areas, while Glotel is a mobile communications network services and staffing solutions provider, based in Chicago.
