Over three-quarters of the applicants for one temporary role during the London Olympics were from non-UK nationals.
Recruitment firm Berkeley Scott was advertising for a role as a temporary kitchen assistant and the breakdown of the nationalities of the 96 applicants is below the ad:
Operations manager Mike Gardner says: “The Olympic Games have boosted job opportunities across the UK and especially in London. Despite our own unemployment issues it seems that London is still the place to be when it comes to finding work.”
