Executive search firm Norman Broadbent, part of BNB Resources, has recruited Nick Bailey to head up the search team in the UK.

Former business development director and member of the founding team for Korn/Ferry FutureStep, Bailey has experience in the media, technology and telecommunications recruitment sectors in the UK.

Commenting on the appointment, chief executive Doug Bugie said: “I am delighted Nick has decided to join Norman Broadbent. His excellent track record in recruiting and business development will significantly strengthen our team.” UK and USA have weakened further in recent months.
