Adams steps down

Corporate Services boss quits

Mark Adams has stepped down as chief executive of Corporate Services Group, the company that owns the high street recruitment agency Blue Arrow.

Adams announced his departure in half year results published this week that showed the company was still making a loss.

Tony Martin, the former chairman of the recruitment giant Vedior, has been appointed as strategic advisor to the board to help find a replacement for Adams.

Adams has helped CSG through a difficult period and overseen a restructure of the company and two fundraising initiatives.

The company's Group Finance Director, former Reed Health Group man Desmond Doyle, has been appointed as chief operating officer until the company finds a new chief executive.
