A delegation of staff from executive search firm Antal International visited China last month for the company's annual leaders summit.

The 40-strong group spent four days in Beijing for the event, which saw partners and country managers from across the business come together to discuss a range of topics.

These included how to overcome the war for talent and the cross-border movement of human capital.

During the trip the group also had an opportunity to visit some of Beijing's main tourist sites including Tiananmen Square and the Great Wall.
