The panel of judges is now in place for the Recruiter Awards for Excellence 2005, supported by Thomas International.

The judges are: Alison Cowen, recruitment manager at Britvic; David Fairhurst, personnel director of Tesco; Alison Hodgson, HR resourcing and projects director at Sodexho and chair of the Association of Graduate Recruiters; Roger Juniper, managing director of recruitment marketing specialist 360; Vance Kearney, vice president for HR at Oracle Europe; and Adrian Thomas, senior technical partner, resourcing and development, at the Royal Bank of Scotland.

They will be judging the awards in January, with the shortlist to be announced in a subsequent edition of Recruiter.

UK contractor services company Safe Solutions is the latest company to sign up to sponsor an award. It will be presenting the trophy to the winner of the Best Accountancy/ Financial Firm Award at the ceremony on Wednesday 13 April 2005.

The event will be an evening black tie function at the Grosvenor House Hotel on London’s Park Lane in central London.
