The European Network of Integrity & Compliance Officers (ENICO) is to be integrated into the Institute of Business Ethics (IBE).

ENICO was founded on a ‘best practice sharing model’ in 2009, while the IBE, a charitable organisation, was founded in 1986 to encourage high standards of business behaviour, and now has over 100 corporate subscribers.

Philippa Foster Back OBE, director of the IBE, says: “This will offer more opportunities for companies headquartered in mainland Europe to participate in IBE’s activities and the Institute will benefit from their input into our work at all levels.”

From September, ENICO members will be able to benefit from IBE subscription services such as networking events and conferences, publications, research, training and advice.
