European Recruitment Network (ERN) has taken over the businesses of Worldwide Recruitment Group (WWRH) after the latter went into administration.

ERN is now the owner of the remaining businesses, which include Microcom, Davison Bird Associates, KP Personnel and KP Publishing.

ERN has sold a number of medical and social agencies to Healthcare Locums.

“There has been some reorganisation of branches, but we are hoping to make more investments and purchases for our group,” said ERN chairman John Cariss.

ERN was set up in December 2005 and has offices in Haymarket, London.
