A recent poll of European senior executives reveals that 64% are more keen now than this time last year to seek a new executive role.

The results of the survey, which questioned 128 executives, indicate less emphasis is being placed on job security than in previous years.

Peter Felix, president of the Association of Executive Search Consultants which carried out the survey, said that the economic recovery had made people more willing to consider a move.
