The SG Group was among several recruiters recognised by the Financial Times’ Best Workplaces UK 2007.

The SG Group was placed in the top 10, while Computer Futures Solutions, Ellis Fairbank, Huxley Associates and Progressive made it into the top 50.

The SG Group won the Gender category and was also recognised in the Work/ life balance, most trusted management, fun and friendly companies categories.

Claire Owen (pictured), leader of vision and values at the company, told the FT: “People stay longer in an organisation if they can relate directly to it values.

“They must also deliver to those values, because that is what the end customer is expecting and buying from the business.” 

Randstad, Vedior Personaldienstleistungen and The SG Group were in the top 100 Best Workplaces in Europe.
