The Belfast-based recruitment firm, Grafton, has opened a new international search and selection division.

Spengler Fox will provide cross-border executive search and selection services and HR consultancy for multinational and domestic clients in ten countries.

The division’s headquarters is in London and has offices in Istanbul, Prague, Moscow, Warsaw, Budapest, Dubai, Lisbon and Belfast.

Founder and group chairman James Kilbane said the global market for executive search and selection services provides genuine business opportunities.

He added: “With EU enlargement only a year away our business is well placed to capitalise on the new commercial opportunities in Europe.”
