Banking and financial site, eFinancialCareers.co.uk, boosted traffic to its website by 8% during its inaugural live webchat in which it invited Pascal Emile, global CIO at investment bank Dresdner Kleinwort, to take questions from jobseekers. A second live chat was due to take place on 24 July with Adam Bennett, managing director of financial services company Hatstand.

"Feedback was positive and we received a high-level of interest," eFinancialCareers' senior marketing manager, Sam Cowen, told Recruiter. "Users wanted information and insight into working in financial IT."
