JobsOnRadio is a new web site that will allow job seekers to listen again online to radio recruitment advertisements that they may have missed the details about.

The JobsOnRadio site, created by advertising specialists Radio Works, allows recruiters to post their recruitment adverts on the web and gain a national online audience.

Listeners who may hear the ad on the move, without being able to write down the details, can use the site to hear it again.

Chris Cherry, recruitment account manager at Radio Works, said the site's URL should be used instead of a telephone number, as it proves far more memorable and easy to remember. "We have introduced this innovation to improve the ease of response for potential applicants and make radio a more complete solution," he explained.

"Moreover by building a WAP-enabled version of the site and using our newly launched text marketing service, we also hope that people will be able to access the site and listen to adverts using their mobile phones, a must for today's time-poor workforce," he said.
