Monster UK has launched a new website feature that helps jobseekers make more targeted online searches for jobs by postcode.

In addition to searching by city or town, jobseekers who use the postcode search tool, will be able to select a radius to define an area within the vicinity of a postcode.

Rob Brouwer, chief executive for Monster UK & Ireland, says: “We are dedicated to continually improving our website from both a job seeker and employer perspective, and by introducing this new feature, our aim is to make the recruitment process even easier.
