Two new judges have been added to the panel that will adjudicate on the Recruiter Awards for Excellence 2006, supported by Thomas International.

Susan Stevens (right) is the head of HR at Toshiba Information Systems UK, responsible for looking after the needs of more than 350 staff. She has more than 13 years’ strategic HR experience and is a specialist in employee development.

Anthony Hesketh, doctoral director of the department of management, learning and leadership at Lancaster University Management School, has also joined the panel.

Hesketh is an expert in HR and has worked with a number of major firms including B&Q, the BBC and KPMG.

Previously announced judges Alison Cowan and Vic Hartley have stepped down for business reasons.
