Worldwide recruitment and search organisation Management Recruiters International (MRI) has appointed William T Olson III as its new president.

Olson joins from marketing firm MemberWorks Inc, where he served as executive vice president.

He will report to Allen Salikof, who has served as MRI’s president and chief executive officer since 1998.

Olson said of his new role: “I look forward to the opportunity to build upon MRI’s history of success and expand its great brand into new areas of growth.

“The management team that Allen has assembled is extremely capable and experienced, and together we can lead MRI forward in its exciting future.”

MRI is a leading global search and recruitment organisation with 1,100 offices worldwide.

Allen Salikof has high expectations for Olson’s future performance. He said of Olson’s appointment: “Bill has a proven track record in leading organisations with the same entrepreneurial culture that characterises MRI, and I am confident that he will be a strong leader.”
