Tim Mirsadeghi, founder and managing director of recruiter ITP Education Resourcing (Itper), has joined the executive team of the Association of Recruitment Consultancies (ARC).

He becomes the 12th member of the ARC executive team, which also includes chair Adrian Marlowe and co-founder Ravi Murphy.

Itper has offices in London and Sydney, and formed in 2003. Mirsadeghi was previously on the board of Capita Education Resourcing, having joined the company when it was known as Capstan, before its acquisition by Capita in the late 1990s.
